Fees, Procedures and Policies
Fees:
· Clinical Narrative Assessment (Pre-Assessment):
This one off is a detailed and comprehensive proprietary clinical information questionnaire where you can use your own words and story. This information is then reviewed by our doctor and clinical team for an hour prior to booking appointments. This allows the interviews to be as efficient and detailed as possible, immensely improving the initial assessment outcomes, and recommend alternative agencies if required rather than proceeding with the initial assessment package.
$300 (50% refunded other services more appropriate than PSYXIA. Ineligible for Medicare benefits)
· Initial In-person Appointment with support person (1.25 hours):
A face-to-face clinical interview, along with your family or support persons. With over an hour dedicated, diagnostics or treatment will never be rushed and there is ample opportunity for ongoing reviews to fully understand you, your health, your culture, and your community.
$1,640 – $[290+205] (rebate) = $1,145
· Subsequent In-Person Appointments:
o 50 minutes: $1,240 - $174.47 (rebate) = $1,065.53
o 30 minutes: $820 - $126.40 (rebate) = $693.60
· Subsequent Virtual Appointments:
o 50 minutes: $920- 174.47 (rebate) = $745.53
o 30 minutes: $680 - $126.40 (rebate) = $553.60
Note: Appointment fees may be eligible for partial Medicare rebates with appropriate referral.
